Refund & Return Policy
Return and cancelation must be communicate it to our Customer Support via e-mail at support@zanaquick.com.
Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. All sales after the 180 days are final.
Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping and handling will not be refunded on refusals.
We cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD.
Once received at our distribution center we will inspect the condition of the items and refund the appropriate amount to the payment method that was utilized during checkout.
You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
